TSA Phases Women and Children Program is a 16-bed facility designed to assess the needs and provide ongoing service to homeless unaccompanied women, and women and children in need of shelter. The immediate goal of the program is to provide emergency and transitional shelter, assess the needs of the homeless woman and children in her care, address the immediate problems facing the client's homelessness and the underlying issues affecting the clients' ability to attain and maintain self-sufficiency. The overarching goal of the program is to end the homelessness of the client with the attainment of permanent housing.
