Emergency Assistance Header

Basic needs can often overload a tight budget. The Center of Hope Emergency Assistance gives practical support to individuals and families to help them maintain their independence and keep them from becoming homeless.

If food is needed, The Salvation Army of Louisville supplies boxes of canned goods, vegetables, fruits, grains and meats from its food pantry. Those seeking clothing can select it from The Center of Hope clothing closet. Caring individuals, who want to help, donate both food and clothing.

Other basic needs met are identity documents, utilities, prescribed medications, and household items and furniture.
