WHAT SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS DOES BOOTH GARDENS SERVE?

We operate the William and Catherine Booth Gardens Apartments where residents can live in an atmosphere of love, acceptance and encouragement. This is a Salvation Army program that contracts with HUD to provide affordable housing. Depending on availability ADA accessible units provided.

 

 

 

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

William and Catherine Booth Gardens Apartments were developed to serve Senior Citizens and/or those with Federally Defined Disabilities. Eligibility requirements include:

1) Senior Citizens 62 years or older
2) Individuals 18 years of age or older and qualify as disabled according to Social Security standards
3) Limited income of $19,150 per year for a single person, and $21,900 per year for couples

We are happy to answer any questions you have regarding Booth Gardens. Our Administrative Offices are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You are invited to come by and pick up an application and obtain more information. Applications can be mailed out upon request. Tours of our community are available by appointment.
